Admission Procedure
- Admissions are offered from Nursery to Class VIII, subject to the availability of seats.
- Admission to Nursery and Class I requires a valid Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- For admission to Class II and above, applicants must submit a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous recognized school along with the latest Progress Report/Card.
- Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees.
- Fees must be deposited within the stipulated time; otherwise, the seat may be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
Eligibility – Nursery
- Age Requirement: 3½ to 4½ years as on 31st March of the academic session.
- Registration Period: December to January.
- Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
- An attested photocopy of the Municipal Birth Certificate must be submitted along with the registration form.
Withdrawal
- A written notice of one month is required for withdrawal from the school. Alternatively, one month’s fee may be paid in lieu of the notice period.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued within one week of receiving the withdrawal application, subject to clearance of all dues.
Grounds for Withdrawal by the School
Academic Reasons
- Persistent negligence in studies.
- Failure in the same class for two consecutive academic sessions.
Disciplinary Reasons
- Misconduct or behaviour considered detrimental to the discipline, reputation, or best interests of the school.
- Any act that violates the school’s rules, regulations, or code of conduct.
